Resort Painting Complete
One of the major reserve projects for 2011 is complete. Painting of the buildings began in mid-January and is now complete. Windows in the residential buildings were also replaced as part of the project. So far we have received many rave reviews on the new colors. Exterior painting is performed every 10 years as part of resort maintenance.

New Elevators at the Resort
We recently opened up our new elevators at the Resort.
One is at Building 12 between the two buildings and the second elevator is between building 10 and 15.
