Blue Tree Resort at Lake Buena Vista is a not-for profit timeshare condominium association which operates 70% of the accommodation units, and all of the common areas, of the resort property commonly known as Blue Tree Resort. The remainder of the accommodation units are operated by Westgate Blue Tree, a Westgate Resorts property, which is operated and controlled by privately-held Central Florida Investments (CFI), Inc.
