Excerpt from the newsletter:

Dear Fellow Owners:
The Board continues to be pleased with the status of the Resort. The building painting, window replacement, and elevator installation projects that we undertook in 2011 have all been successfully completed. The owner feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Another initiative that we undertook was the installation of a gas grill near Pool 4. This has been such a greatly used addition that we are evaluating other possible locations for additional grills. Of course, we do have charcoal grills available, as well. The building refurbishments have also progressed according to our five-year plan.
